Refund policy

General Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Walvexs.com. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at elitestashofficals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds and Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
